Low pressure casting process, low pressure casting is to make liquid metal materials fill the cavity under the effect of working pressure to produce castings. Because the commonly used working pressure is low, it is called low pressure casting. The whole process of the processing technology is: in the sealed crucible ( sealed tank), the dry impetuous air is compressed; under the effect of gas pressure, the metal material liquid 2 rises along the riser 4, stably enters the mold cavity 8 according to the rubber inlet 5, maintains the gas pressure on the liquid level in the crucible until the casting is completely condensed. The gas pressure on the liquid level is then eliminated in the production of auto parts cast aluminum parts, so that the non condensed metal material in the riser flows into the liquid crucible, then the cylinder 12 opens the mold issues the casting.
